Procedures of Participating in the 5th ICIF

1. Booth Booking

Eligible applicants should apply to the organizing committee for booths before March 31, 2009.

2. Contract Signing

The organizing committee will sign contracts with exhibitors, who are required to pay booth fee and other charges into the bank account provided by the committee within ten days after signing contracts.

3. Booth Confirmation

The organizing committee will give confirmation to exhibitors upon receiving payment and provide them with a copy of Exhibitors’ Manual, with instructions on how to prepare for the fair.

4. Documents

Exhibitors are required to submit to the organizing committee required documents, for the purpose of compiling the event catalogue and other fair publications before April 10, 2009.
