Special stamp launched to mark year of tiger

Designers with Tsinghua University put a lovely tiger figure along with a traditional red Chinese character called "Fu", means "luck" on the stamp, which symbolizes the tiger will bring luck and happiness to the people in the approaching lunar new year.
