The 4th ICIF concluded with a total trade volume of 63.566 billion RMB

Nearly 1,000 reporters of more than 200 media from home and abroad reported the 4th ICIF. It has increased the fair’s global influence.

More than 12,000 overseas trade visitors attended the 4th ICIF, up 20.8% over the previous session. The structure of them has new positive changes. The number of trade visitors from Europe and America has increased quite dramatically. At the main venue, the overseas trade visitors were from more than 50 countries and regions. 31% of them were from Europe and 12% were from America. During the 4th ICIF, the Cultural Liaison Chairman of Iran, the Executive Director of the Philippine Cultural and Art Commission, and the Minister of Tourism and the Minister of National Defense of Ethiopia and other important government officials from the U.S.A., Germany, Poland, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, etc., visited the 4th ICIF or attended its related activities.
There was an International Hall at the 4th ICIF. It was the first time that an International Hall had been set at the ICIF. Its exhibitors were from 20 countries and regions such as the U.S.A., Malaysia, Australia, France, South Korea, Germany, Egypt, Sweden, U.K, Thailand, Canada, Russia, and Finland. There has been important progress for the setting up of overseas sub-venues. As the sub-venue of ICIF in Malaysia, it has been decided that an exhibition will be held in September this year at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Malaysia. It will cover an exhibition area of about 3,000 m2. The setting up of sub-venues in Frankfurt, Germany and New York, U.S.A., is making progress.
During the 4th ICIF, Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Fair Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with F&T Group to set up a China Cultural Products American (New York) Exhibition Center and Shenzhen Procurement Center. Phase I of the exhibition center will be nearly 3,000 m2, and it is planned to be expanded to 15, 000 m2.
